Massachusetts has been my cherished home for the past 15 years. Throughout my career and educational pursuits, I’ve had the privilege of residing in various regions across the country, from the Mid-West to the majestic mountains of Montana and Colorado. And while working with the military, I was assigned to exotic and intriguing corners of the globe.
Now settled on Cape Cod, I’m affectionately referred to as a "wash-ashore". I left the hustle and bustle of the Boston area and moved to the Cape for its tranquil ambiance and captivating scenery. With over 550 miles of pristine coastline, Cape Cod has some of the finest beaches in the world. Explore nature while kayaking or paddle boarding on Cape Cod Bay or Nantucket Sound. Try windsurfing at Hardings Beach in Chatham or Kalmus Beach in Hyannis. Young children can safely play in the warm water tidal pools during low tide at Skaket Beach in Orleans. Like to pack the whole house for a beach day, drive our off-roading trails such as Sandy Neck in Barnstable or Nauset Beach in Orleans. Feast on fresh seafood from the Lobster Pot in Provincetown or watch the boats during lunch at Sesuit Harbor Café in Dennis. Ride your bike along the 25-mile-long Cape Cod Rail Trail spanning several towns or bike the dunes of Provincetown.
