Cape Cod, MA

Kari Wagner

Massachusetts has been my cherished home for the past 15 years. Throughout my career and educational pursuits, I’ve had the privilege of residing in various regions across the country, from the Mid-West to the majestic mountains of Montana and Colorado. And while working with the military, I was assigned to exotic and intriguing corners of the globe.

Now settled on Cape Cod, I’m affectionately referred to as a "wash-ashore". I left the hustle and bustle of the Boston area and moved to the Cape for its tranquil ambiance and captivating scenery. I “washed ashore” the idyllic beaches of Chatham and found my forever home. Come join me and let me introduce you to the Cape Cod Dream!

I pursued a career as a Realtor® because I have a genuine passion for working with people and a keen eye for design. I envision the potential of a property beyond its clutter and flaws. I thoroughly analyze a property, considering not only its physical attributes but also its suitability for the specific needs of my clients.

Whether you are seeking a vacation retreat, an investment property, a luxurious estate, or your first home, I am dedicated to locating the ideal property to complement your Cape Cod lifestyle. If you are embarking on a new adventure elsewhere, rest assured that I use the finest technology and marketing tools and will personally handle every aspect of selling your home.

Testimonials

Kari was an absolutely outstanding agent, and frankly we were grateful that she was on our side of the table. In a very frenzied market, Kari kept a close eye on listings so that we could immediately make an offer when the right property came onto the property. She provided wise advice during negotiations on the purchase agreement, and enabled us to prevail over other bidders at the offer price. Kari then kept us on schedule with contingency items and closing deliverables. Our closing attorney remarked how impressed she was with Kari’s involvement in our closing as some agents on the Cape apparently lose interest in their clients once the PSA is signed. And, following closing, Kari continues to be in contact with us to provide helpful advice and support. After meeting a number of the selling agents during this process and experiencing some very unwelcome surprises in selling techniques, Kari is the ONLY agent that I would recommend to friends and family.

As an active duty service member I was incredibly nervous purchasing my first home on deployment and especially in such a niche market. Knowing very little of the area and working on such a limited time schedule Kari compiled an all- inclusive reference guide prior to heading underway to help put my mind at ease. Through countless email exchanges across several different time zones she expertly walked me through the process answering any and all questions thoughtfully and thoroughly. Kari worked tirelessly to give me complete confidence in my home buying decision. I am so very pleased with my purchase and I am glad to have gained a trusted friend along the way!
