Solveig Schroerlucke

Madison, WI born and raised, I grew up in the real estate industry, my father serving as a real estate broker and home builder in South Central Wisconsin from 1979-2017. After college, I spent time on the East Coast and Chicago before settling back in my home state where I dove into the world of real estate after experiencing my first personal real estate purchases and sales. Navigating the complexities of buying or selling a home, especially in a competitive market, can be challenging. With my expertise, my clients can approach this process with confidence. I prioritize clear communication and data-driven strategies, always keeping my clients’ best interests at heart. This approach has consistently led to success in competitive, multiple-offer scenarios for my buyer clients and has maximized exposure and net proceeds for my seller clients. As an expert in new construction purchases, I ensure that my clients understand every detail of the build contract, from timelines to specifications, so they can make informed decisions with confidence, simultaneously managing the sale of their existing home, coordinating both processes seamlessly to minimize stress and maximize efficiency. When I'm not showing or selling homes, I'm traveling and exploring my home state with my husband, daughter and our fur babies, boating and canoeing on our Madison lakes and rivers, shopping small businesses and supporting Madison’s thriving restaurant scene, and serving on the boards of local non-profit arts organizations.

Testimonials

“Solveig was an exceptional agent. The first time we met I immediately felt at ease while knowing that we were in good hands. Solveig's expertise, professionalism and experience were immediately apparent and gave us the confidence to move forward with the sale of our home. Our house was sold in 4 days for over asking price. It doesn't get much better than that!”

“Solveig helped me to purchase a property in downtown Madison that's over 100 years old. She was incredibly knowledgeable throughout the process. Helping me understand the ins and outs of old homes, common problems that I may have to deal with with an old home, and some of the concerns about the property so I wasn't blindsided going into the sale. She went above and beyond to help me obtain bids from contractors during the negotiations. I would not have been able to purchase this home without her help. I would suggest her to anyone!”
