Originally from South Florida, I've proudly called the Triangle home since moving to the Cary/Apex area in first grade. Unlike many in the industry, I've dedicated my entire career to real estate, getting licensed in 2008 after studying Communications at ECU. Initially I worked on a couple large teams in the area, learning as much as I could along the way. In 2014 I went out on my own, and a year later, my wife, Amanda, left her career and joined me. Some combination of hard work and luck sent us a windfall of business in 2015, and after our first daughter was born it became evident that it was time to explore building a team. Since 2014 we’ve gone from a single agent to “Sold By Starkey” -- a referral-based team of eight, with 100% agent retention. I've been actively engaged in the local and state real estate associations through board service and leadership programs. I am a super proud Dad to two beautiful daughters, a Golden Retriever, and a black cat. Beyond real estate, my interests include live music, especially jam bands, the Washington Commanders, traveling with Amanda, and becoming a Disney Dad thanks to my girls. I love raising my family in the Triangle. I love being a part of my client’s hello or goodbye to the backdrop of their memories. My top business priority is to earn and keep the trust of those who hire me. With trust as the foundation, the rest falls into place.
