The Florida Home Girls real estate team is made up of Debbie Judge (20+ year real estate guru), Jen Horvat (20+ year marketing and sales executive) and Brooke Codere (15+ year customer service and marketing expert). The team originated when Debbie and Jen joined forced in 2020. Their passions include helping customers improve their home, enhance their lifestyle, or move their home all together.
Brooke joined the team in December 2021 and the group moved from Michael Saunders and Coldwell Banker to Compass to take advantage of the team collaboration tools available in the Compass platform as well as the global real estate capabilities.
Jen and Debbie have a passion for golf. Debbie has been a member of Rosedale Golf & Country Club for nearly a decade and Jen joined The Club at River Wilderness nearly 5 years ago; they live in each neighborhood respectively as well. Brooke moved back to the area in 2021 after a short stint in Michigan. Originally a "Florida-girl" she knows ALL the fun family activities in the area. The team is all about connections. The goal is to connect you with the resources you need to make your life easier. They are also about FUN. If there is an upcoming event, new restaurant, or a great place to visit in town, they know about it.
